| A. | Any information you provide to Living It Up, including credit card information, is encrypted on our secure server (or that of our payment handler Barclays ePDQ) using SSL. Therefore, you can be assured that shopping online with Living It Up is a hassle-free experience and one that is completely secure and protected against fraud or similar concerns. |

| A. | Once you have submitted your order you will be sent an order confirmation e-mail that contains your unique order number. This number should be used in reference to any queries or problems that you have. |

| A. | It will be displayed on the Living It Up web site if the product is out of stock, however we do keep healthy stock levels of all beds and side tables. |

| A. | Our standard carriage charge to UK mainland addresses for any of our beds is dependant on your postcode. Enter it during the checkout routine and you will see the delivery charges. |

| A. | No. All products must be paid for prior to delivery. |

| A. | All our designs are of the highest quality and our aim is to ensure total customer satisfaction . All products have a one-year guarantee for any manufacturing defects. |

| Q. | I am concerned about ordering a bed without seeing it and laying on it. Will I be able to return it if I am not happy with it? |
| A. | You can come view our beds at Abode Interiors but if you are to order from our website and you are not totally satisfied with your product we are more than happy for you return the goods within 14 days. We can not cover the cost of delivery and the goods need to be returned with there original packing and in good condition. We will refund you the full cost of the products but not the cost of delivery. |

| A. | If the Product is defective in any way or has a fault, a full replacement or refund will of course be made at no charge. Please do note that you should check all products for faults before signing for them with the courier. Therefore we must stress the importance of thoroughly checking the condition of your order before signing before signing for it with the courier. |
