Terms & Conditions


Any orders accepted by Living It Up are subject to the terms and conditions specified in the contract  unless otherwise stipulated in writing by Living It Up. Please read these terms carefully. The terms  and conditions specified herein do not affect your statutory rights.  

Living It Up reserves the right to refuse any order which is subject to errors in pricing or where it is  no longer possible to supply a particular product for some reason.


It is your responsibility to check that your order has been placed correctly. Any discrepancies need to  be notified to us within 2 working days of your order being placed.  


Our upholstered range is made to order so we receive items in batches. This means there may be a  slight variation in the colour of each batch. Although we work hard to ensure they are as consistent  as possible we cannot guarantee every batch of the fabric will be identical.  

We do not accept any responsibility for any fading or discolouration that may occur due to exposure  to direct or indirect sunlight. We do not accept responsibility for fading or discolouration that may  occur due to exposure from chemicals which are sprayed on or near your furniture.  


If an order is accepted and is a bespoke item, e.g. in a size/specification/colour that is not advertised  on our website, you cannot cancel your order. Payment must be made in full before we will place  your order into production.


Living It Up accept payment from credit and debit cards registered in the UK only. We also accept  payment by other methods such as bank transfers, cash and cheque.  

Delivery dates provided are based on estimates and are not legally binding.  

If you are shipping items overseas it is your responsibility to ensure items are checked before they  are shipped. Any replacement items that are order can only be delivered to an address to the  Mainland UK.  

On the day of delivery you must ensure that somebody is present to accept delivery at the  appropriate times. You may incur a charge if you are not present when delivery is attempted.  

We recommend that you thoroughly check your order on delivery. If the delivery is checked and any  damage is found this should be clearly noted on the proof of delivery.  

Living It Up do not accept any consequential costs as a result of an unsuccessful delivery.  

Any defects or damages should be reported to Living It Up within 7 days of receiving delivery by email to info@livingitup.co.uk


Should you cancel your order once payment has been made and your details have been passed to  our manufacturers, cancellation charges may apply. If you wish to cancel within 7 working days of  your order being placed, we will be able to process a full refund.

If you wish to cancel within 14  working days, we can offer a 50% refund of the order value. After this period we are unable to  consider a refund and a stocking fee of 100% will be applied.

For bespoke orders, we will only  provide a refund if production on the item has not started. If production has been started then we  will not provide a refund. Goods that have been supplied correctly cannot be returned for a refund.  


When your order is placed at our website you will be redirected to a secure hosting (EPDQ) server  for payment. Here, your credit card numbers will be encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are  not held in clear text on any web site at any time.

Living It Up do not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are  processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the  details to any other third party.  

Living It Up record incoming and outgoing calls for training and quality purposes.  Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart, to store  delivery addresses if the address book is used and to store your details if you select the 'Remember  Me' option. They are also used after you have logged on as part of that process. You can turn off  cookies within your browser by going to 'Tools | Internet Options | Privacy' and selecting to block  cookies.
